Upon joining OPEX Columbia, my goals changed for the better. I no longer care to be the "thin image" that is portrayed throughout the media and modeling industry. Instead, my goals are focused on my health and wellness, and strength as an athlete. I have become so much stronger--mentally and physically. My coach pushes me to look deep inside and see my own inner strength and potential to surpass my expectations.

The individually designed programming has immediately helped me see true progress and my coaches guidance does not just stop once I leave the gym floor. As a model I used to workout daily, basically running in circles. OPEX Columbia has brought out the true athlete within me and taught me how to beat complacency. This is my journey."
